Alle OrthoDutch freesmachines zijn gefabriceerd bij een gerenommeerde Duitse machinefabrikant en worden gecompleteerd met een aluminium vacuüm opspantafel die speciaal is ontwikkeld om zolen te frezen. De krachtige onderhoudsvrije vacuümpomp is voorzien van een speciaal vuilfilter en houdt EVA-blokken stevig vast tijdens het frezen. In de machine is halogeen verlichting aanwezig voor een goed zicht tijdens het frezen. Robuuste RVS bedieningsknoppen met LED verlichting maken de bediening zeer comfortabel.
De machine is aan te sluiten op een ‘gewoon’ stopcontact (er is dus geen 3-fasenstroom nodig) en in de machine zijn 2 stopcontacten voor de vacuümpomp en een losse afzuiger geïntegreerd. De machine wordt geleverd inclusief een complete 230VAC vacuümpomp. De speciaal geconstrueerde aluminium afzuigmond kan zowel uitgerust worden voor een kleine industriële afzuiger (doorlaat 40 mm), een krachtige industriële afzuiger (doorlaat 80 mm) of direct worden aangesloten op een centrale afzuiginstallatie.

The OrthoDutch Profi 900 milling machine is for professionals who want to mill soles in all thicknesses and shore values at high speed. The machine is identical to the Profi 750 and is also equipped with a control module with 2 so-called “servo” motors for fast and quiet milling work with smooth movements. The high power makes the milling motor even more powerful and easily and quickly mills high shore values and high milling blocks.

All OrthoDutch milling machines are manufactured by a renowned German machine manufacturer and are completed with an aluminum vacuum table specially developed for milling insoles. The powerful maintenance-free vacuum pump is equipped with a special dirt filter and holds EVA blocks firmly during milling. The machine has LED lighting for a good view during milling. Robust stainless steel control buttons with LED lighting make operating it very comfortable.
The machine can be connected to a 230VAC socket. Integrated in the machine are 2 sockets for the vacuum pump and a separate dust extractor. The machine is supplied with a complete 230VAC vacuum pump. The specially constructed aluminum dust extraction nozzle can be equipped with a powerful industrial extractor (80 mm diameter) or directly connected to a central extraction system.
